This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Byoot Bay Resort and its brands collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

1. Data We Collect. When you make a booking or submit a form we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, booking dates and preferences, and the content of your message. When you pay online, payment is handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data. We use your data to process reservations and enquiries, to send you booking confirmations and service messages, to respond to complaints, and — where you have consented — for marketing analytics.

3. Sharing. Form submissions are shared with our customer-relationship system so our team can follow up with you, and with our payment providers where needed to process a payment. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Analytics and Marketing Cookies. With your consent, we use analytics and marketing tools (such as Google Analytics and marketing pixels). You can accept or decline these in the cookie banner, and browsing the site works fully if you decline. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Retention. We keep booking records for as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.
